Coastal Scientists & Engineers

With one hundred and eighty engineers, scientists and support personnel currently on staff, GEC has an opening for a coastal scientist and engineer.  A minimum of seven years of experience and MS or PhD in related curricula are prerequisites.

The areas of expertise needed for this position are thorough understanding of the oceanic, coastal and estuarine environments, the geomorphology of the coast, sediment transport, storm and long term wave analysis, shore protection and modeling of coastal processes.  Salary commensurate with education and experience.
