This project consists of preparing a Design Report and subsequent Plans and Specifications to provide fronting protection across the entire width of the Duncan Canal Pump Station (No. 4) discharge channel in East Jefferson Parish. The designs consist of a combination of gate monoliths and T-wall monoliths, including positive cutoff gates such as sluice gates or butterfly valves, where required as well as a new breakwater. It also includes the replacement of existing concrete floodwalls to bring them up to new design standards.
