GEC has been selected to provide Program Management Services including drafting agreements between LADOTD and local governments, calculating the value of state routes based on the estimated present day cost of 40 years of maintenance, tracking the agreements from execution, repair of state‐owned roads, use of credits, and recording transfer of the state‐owned roads, to completion. As of April 2019, GEC has earned a 4.9 rating out of 5 from LADOTD for our work on this program.
