GEC has provided drainage designs and studies for Bridges and Roadways.
Drainage design for streams under bridges requires unique experience. GEC’ staff has performed the hydraulic stream analysis for streams under numerous bridges in Louisiana. GEC has designed urban highway systems using subsurface curb and gutter stormwater drainage systems. GEC has also designed numerous rural highway drainage systems employing open channel designs to convey stormwater away from the highways.
Aviation
GEC Drainage and Hydrology Division is currently developing a drainage master plan for the Lakefront Airport. GEC is also under contract to develop the drainage for the Greenfield Livingston Airport.
